titleOfInvention Semiconductor device with a plurality of semiconductor chips
abstract The invention relates to a semiconductor device, and aims to obtain a semiconductor device capable of suppressing heat generation caused by a shunt resistor and improving current detection accuracy. The semiconductor device according to the present invention includes: a first semiconductor device; a second semiconductor device; an AC output terminal; a first shunt resistor having one end electrically connected to the first semiconductor device and the other end electrically connected to the ac output terminal; a second shunt resistor having one end electrically connected to the second semiconductor device and the other end electrically connected to the ac output terminal; a first wiring electrically connecting one end of the first shunt resistor and one end of the second shunt resistor; a second wiring electrically connecting the other end of the first shunt resistor and the other end of the second shunt resistor; and a first sensing resistor and a second sensing resistor connected in series with each other between one end of the first shunt resistor and one end of the second shunt resistor.
