titleOfInvention Preparation and application of a methylotrophic Bacillus LW-6 inoculant for root-knot nematode biological control
abstract The invention discloses the preparation and application of a methylotrophic bacillus LW-6 inoculant for the biological control of root-knot nematodes. The methylotrophic Bacillus LW-6 has the characteristics of strong stress resistance, high temperature resistance and drought resistance, fast growth and reproduction, strong fixed value and competitiveness, obvious nematicidal effect, etc., and is non-toxic to humans and animals and environmentally friendly. The live spores and secondary metabolites of Bacillus methylotroph LW-6 of the present invention have the functions of preventing and controlling tobacco root-knot nematodes and promoting tobacco growth. The insecticidal rate of larvae can reach 93%. The number of viable spores of the liquid inoculum prepared by the described methylotrophic Bacillus LW-6 through plate activation culture, seed culture and fermentation can reach 5 billion/ml, and the preparation steps include preferred plate culture, specific seed culture, preferred fermentation , ultrafiltration concentration, low temperature drying, preparation of dosage form.
