abstract | The invention provides a water-based UV light-curing coating, which is characterized in that it is composed of the following components in parts by weight: polyethylene glycol monoallyl ether modified 2, 4, 6-tris(4-carboxybenzene) base)-1,3,5-triazine 20-30 parts, hydrophilic group-modified amino-terminated hyperbranched polybenzimidazole 10-20 parts, water-based photoinitiator 0.5-1.5 parts, water-soluble boron nitride 0.5-2 parts of quantum dots, 15-20 parts of filler, 3-5 parts of dispersant, 0.5-1.5 parts of defoamer, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, and 15-25 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-based UV light-curing coating. The water-based UV light-curable coating disclosed by the invention has good comprehensive performance, good water resistance, solvent resistance, storage stability and mechanical strength, fast curing speed, excellent weather resistance and wear resistance, and is safe and environmentally friendly to use. |
