titleOfInvention Recyclable EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) vitrimer foam material as well as preparation method and recycling method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a recyclable EVA vitrimer foam material, a preparation method and a recycling method thereof, wherein the foam material is prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-30 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.1-1 part of catalyst, 10-24 parts of foaming agent, 1-10 parts of foaming auxiliary agent and 5-20 parts of filling agent. Firstly, blending ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a cross-linking agent and a catalyst by an extruder to prepare a dynamic covalent cross-linked EVA vitrimer material, then mixing the EVA vitrimer material with a foaming agent, a foaming auxiliary agent and a filling agent, and carrying out die pressing foaming to obtain the EVA vitrimer material. The EVA foam material can be recycled by a method of remolding or foaming the EVA vitrimer foam material again. Compared with the traditional EVA foaming material, the EVA foaming material has the advantages of repeated foaming for many times and repeated remodeling and processing, can keep good mechanical property, and effectively realizes the repeated utilization and recycling of the body EVA foaming material.
