titleOfInvention Ultrasonic atomization device
abstract The invention discloses an ultrasonic atomization device which comprises an atomization box, an atomization chamber, a mist discharge chamber, a mixing chamber, a heating chamber, an ultrasonic transducer, an air pump, a mist discharge nozzle, a fan and a heater, wherein the atomization chamber, the mist discharge chamber, the mixing chamber and the heating chamber are sequentially arranged in the atomization box from bottom to top, the ultrasonic transducer is arranged in the atomization chamber, the air pump is arranged in the mist discharge chamber, the mist discharge nozzle is connected with the air pump, the fan and the heater are arranged in the heating chamber, and the air exhaust nozzle is used for exhausting hot air in the heating chamber into the mixing chamber. According to the invention, the liquid can be atomized into smaller droplets by combining the primary ultrasonic wave with the secondary hot air, so that the atomized droplets can be suspended in the air for a longer time, and a better using effect is obtained; the guide mixing component can promote the mist and the hot air to be fully mixed, can improve the heating effect of the hot air on the mist, and is favorable for forming the mist into micro-droplets with smaller diameter; the automatic liquid supplementing assembly is arranged, so that the solution can be automatically supplemented to the atomizing chamber, and the efficient operation of the ultrasonic atomizing device is maintained.
