abstract | The invention discloses a copper tailing recycling treatment coupling flue gas desulfurization method and system based on an ammonioiarosite precipitation method, wherein the method comprises the following steps: s1, preparing tailing to be treated into tailing pulp; s2, uniformly mixing the mixed gas obtained by mixing the flue gas and the oxygen with tailing slurry, discharging the purified flue gas, and filtering the slurry to obtain desulfurization slurry; s3, adding ammonium sulfide into the desulfurized slurry, fully reacting, and filtering to obtain metal sulfide filter residues and filtrate; s4, adjusting the pH of the filtrate, adding manganese carbonate ore pulp in the reaction process to control the pH of the system, reacting at constant temperature, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain an ammonium jarosite precipitate, and returning the filtrate to be used as a slurry. The invention leads the copper ore pulp desulfurization solution to be treated as resources, effectively separates iron and ammonium in the copper ore pulp desulfurization solution, uses manganese carbonate ore to neutralize the sulfuric acid released in the process of precipitating alum, can regulate and control the residual acid within the acidity range of the alum, can also leach manganese in a synergic manner, and finally removes iron ions in the form of ammonioiarosite precipitation. |
