titleOfInvention Preparation method of lignanoid amide components in fructus cannabis
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a lignanoid amide component in fructus cannabis, which comprises the following steps: crushing naturally air-dried fructus Cannabis, degreasing with petroleum ether at normal temperature, soaking and extracting degreased filter residue with 70-80% ethanol for 2-4 times (2-4 days each time), concentrating under reduced pressure, extracting with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol with equal volume for 3 times, and concentrating under reduced pressure; separating the ethyl acetate extract by ODS column chromatography, performing gradient elution with methanol-water at volume ratio of 1:9, 1:7, 1:5, 1:3, 1:1 and 1:0, collecting eluent at 1:3, performing MCI column chromatography, performing gradient elution with methanol-water at volume ratio of 2:5, 2:4, 2:3, 2:2, 2:1 and 2:0, collecting eluent at 2:1, and concentrating. The method is simple, convenient, rapid and easy to operate, successfully prepares the lignan amide component in the fructus cannabis, and has obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
