titleOfInvention Preparation method of glycosides in senna
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of glycosides in senna, which comprises the following steps: placing folium sennae fine powder in a beaker, performing ultrasonic extraction with 75-85% ethanol for 2-4 times (30-40 min each time) at 85-95 deg.C under 45-55kHz, filtering, mixing extractive solutions, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract; dissolving the extract with appropriate amount of water, subjecting to macroporous adsorbent resin column, gradient eluting with water and 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 95% ethanol sequentially, collecting 80% ethanol eluate, subjecting to silica gel column chromatography, eluting with chloroform-methanol at volume ratio of 90:1, 75:1, 45:1, 20:1, 5:1 sequentially, collecting 20:1 eluate, and concentrating. The method provided by the invention can quickly obtain the glycoside component in the senna, has the function of bacteriostasis and can be used for preparing medicines.
