abstract A white tea age discrimination method using S-linalool and R/S-dihydrokiwifruit lactone as markers belongs to the technical field of tea discrimination. In the present invention, Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Peony and Shoumei are used as white tea samples to establish a linear regression equation between the contents of S-linalool, R-dihydrokiwifruit lactone and S-dihydrokiwifruit lactone and storage years, and calculate the error reference value , by substituting the measured content of S-linalool, R-dihydrokiwifruit lactone and S-dihydrokiwifruit lactone into the above-mentioned linear regression equation, combined with the error reference value, the year prediction value of the white tea sample is obtained. The actual year positive rate of Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Peony and Shoumei tea is relatively high, and the three linear regression models are all reliable.
