An antigen detection kit based on ECL sandwich immunosensing |
abstract |
The present invention provides an antigen detection kit based on electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sandwich immunosensing. The antigen detection kit includes the following components: (1) an electrode modified by a primary antibody; (2) a silver nanoparticle label The secondary antibody; (3) persulfate solution. Using the antigen detection kit of the present invention, the antigen concentration can be quantitatively detected. Experiments show that the kit has a linear range of 0.002-10 ng·mL -1 for the detection of fPSA antigen, and a detection limit of 0.7 pg·mL -1 . Compared with other methods in the prior art, the method based on ECL sandwich immunosensing of the present invention has a wider linear range and lower detection limit when detecting antigens, and has a good application prospect in clinical detection. |
