titleOfInvention An antigen detection kit based on ECL sandwich immunosensing
abstract The present invention provides an antigen detection kit based on electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sandwich immunosensing. The antigen detection kit includes the following components: (1) an electrode modified by a primary antibody; (2) a silver nanoparticle label The secondary antibody; (3) persulfate solution. Using the antigen detection kit of the present invention, the antigen concentration can be quantitatively detected. Experiments show that the kit has a linear range of 0.002-10 ng·mL -1 for the detection of fPSA antigen, and a detection limit of 0.7 pg·mL -1 . Compared with other methods in the prior art, the method based on ECL sandwich immunosensing of the present invention has a wider linear range and lower detection limit when detecting antigens, and has a good application prospect in clinical detection.
