titleOfInvention MicroRNA serum marker, primer group and kit for identifying sex of sturgeon and application of microRNA serum marker
abstract The invention provides a microRNA serum marker, a primer group, a kit and application thereof for identifying the sex of sturgeons. The method utilizes a high-throughput small RNA sequencing technology and a microRNA chip technology to screen out the species and the expression quantity of differential expression miRNA of gonads (spermary and ovary) of 3-year-old sturgeons, screens 36 miRNA for screening serum miRNA markers of the sex of the sturgeons, establishes a new method for identifying the sex of the sturgeons by conventional serum RNA extraction, cDNA acquisition, real-time quantitative PCR and other technology sets, and verifies the sex of the sturgeons in low-age sturgeons and western hybrid sturgeons.
