The invention comprises the following steps: (1) respectively putting the raw materials into a ball mill, carrying out wet superfine grinding, and then sieving to remove iron to obtain nano ceramic slurry; (2) mixing the nano ceramic slurry with water and graphite, stirring, placing in a water vapor environment for heat preservation, and adding acid to control the pH value to form alumina sol; (3) adding zirconium sol into the aluminum sol, and then drying to obtain dry gel; (4) granulating the dried gel, and pressing into a green body; (5) drying the blank, adding a mineralizer, and firing to obtain the inert alumina chemical filler.
