titleOfInvention Benzo [ a ] pyrene pollution related specific methylation marker for lung cancer diagnosis and screening method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a benzo [ a ] pyrene pollution related specific methylation marker for lung cancer diagnosis, a screening method and application thereof, wherein the diagnosis marker is selected from at least one methylation site on human chromosome 1, chromosome 2 and chromosome 8, and the lung cancer is diagnosed at an early stage by detecting the change of DNA methylation level caused by benzo [ a ] pyrene exposure in peripheral blood. The methylation levels of the three sites have high diagnostic value for the occurrence of the lung cancer, can be conveniently detected by a blood sample, and is favorable for early diagnosis of the lung cancer based on the methylation levels and the cut-off values of the three sites.
