The invention discloses a porous oxygen-introducing submerged fermentation device for microbial strains, which comprises a bottom plate, a fermentation box and an oxygen generator, wherein the fermentation box and the oxygen generator are positioned at the top of the bottom plate, the top of an inner cavity of the fermentation box is provided with a through hole, and the top of the fermentation box, which is positioned right above the through hole, is movably connected with a threaded sleeve through a bearing. According to the invention, the first motor is started to drive the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear and the threaded sleeve to rotate, and further the threaded rod is driven to move up and down under the limiting action of the pulley and the sliding groove, so that the second motor and the stirring rod can be driven to expand the stirring area in the fermentation box, the fermentation time is reduced, and then the oxygen is transmitted to the interior of the fermentation box through the blower through the arrangement of the oxygen generator, so that oxygen can be provided for the preparation of microorganisms in the fermentation process of strains, the growth of the microorganisms is promoted, and the fermentation efficiency and the fermentation quality of the strains are further improved. |
