The processing steps comprise: cleaning pomelo peel, peeling, slicing, drying in vacuum at 50-55 ℃ and crushing, wherein the thickness of the pomelo peel is about 1cm, and sieving to obtain pomelo peel powder. Accurately weighing 10.0000g of pomelo peel powder in a conical flask by using a weighing dish, adding 2.5-3 g/100mL of citric acid solution with proper volume, setting ultrasonic power, performing ultrasonic extraction for 30s, performing constant-temperature water bath dark extraction for a certain time at a certain temperature, performing refrigerated centrifugation for 10-15 min, taking supernatant, and drying to obtain naringin. Compared with the traditional method, the method has the advantages of simple operation, full color, smell and taste retention, low pesticide residue and no pollution. |
