titleOfInvention | A preparation method of bismuth ferrite visible light catalyst and its photocatalytic performance application |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical fields of material preparation and photocatalysis. The technical solution is: a preparation method of bismuth ferrite visible light catalyst, carried out according to the following steps: (1) weighing bismuth nitrate pentahydrate and iron nitrate nonahydrate according to the molar ratio of 6-18:1, and dissolving them in an appropriate amount of ethyl alcohol In diol, then dropwise add KOH solution of 0.5‑2mol/L into the above solution, add dropwise while stirring to adjust the pH value to be equal to 10, continue stirring for 2h, and obtain a uniformly dispersed mixed precipitation solution; (2) mix the above precipitation The solution was transferred to a hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacted in an oven at 160-180°C for 10-48h, cooled naturally to room temperature, and the obtained precipitate was washed several times with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and dried in vacuum at 60°C for 10h , to get the final product. The preparation method has simple process, and the product bismuth ferrite (Bi 25 FeO 40 ) visible light catalyst has high crystallinity. |
