abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting bunge cherry seed extract, which comprises the following process steps: drying bunge cherry seeds, crushing, sieving, taking substances on a sieve of 80 meshes below a sieve of 60 meshes, adding ethanol with the volume fraction of 70-75% according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 25-30, and leaching for 3-4.5 hours at 70 ℃ in a constant-temperature water bath kettle. Collecting the leaching solution, filtering, concentrating the filtrate, and removing impurities by Soxhlet extraction. Purifying with macroporous resin, repeating the above steps to enrich and purify the purified product, refluxing with ethyl acetate for 4.5h, concentrating, drying, and pulverizing to obtain the final product. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of low cost, low impurity content, no environmental pollution in the production process and the like. |
