titleOfInvention Method for improving suspension property of granular fish feed
abstract The invention discloses a method for improving the suspension property of pellet feed, which comprises the steps of sequentially dispersing natural gum, a surfactant and organic acid in water at 30-90 ℃ under stirring o C, forming a uniform solution, adding mixed grease, and stirring to form a uniform emulsion; and finally spraying the emulsion on the surface of the pellet feed, and drying to obtain the high-suspension pellet fish feed. The granular fish feed has good suspension property, and can suspend in water for more than 4 h; the surface hydrophilicity is obviously reduced, the loss of soluble vitamins in the fish feed can be obviously reduced, and the problems of short suspension time of the granulated feed, low feed utilization rate, water pollution caused by residual feed and the like are effectively solved. In addition, the invention has simple and efficient modification process, does not change the size, appearance and smell of fish feed particles at all, and is suitable for large-scale production.
