titleOfInvention | A kind of preparation method of chlorine-based wide-bandgap perovskite light absorption layer and its application |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method and application of a chlorine-based wide-bandgap perovskite light absorption layer, belonging to the technical field of perovskite batteries. The preparation method of the present invention innovatively designs a preparation method of dynamic spin coating-annealing multi-cycle cycle, by using solute chloride ions to fill the chlorine vacancies in the crystal lattice of the chloride-based perovskite itself and the micro-based microstructure during the continuous deposition technology. The grain aging process of the solvent system improves the perovskite crystalline state while reducing the intrinsic defect state concentration. The chlorine-based perovskite photodetector prepared based on the method of the invention not only has blue-violet light selectivity, but also has greatly improved external quantum efficiency and response speed. The response time of the detector can be improved to 200 nanoseconds. |
