abstract | The invention discloses a phytophthora capsici PcMPK12 gene and a vector and application thereof, wherein the nucleotide sequence of the phytophthora capsici PcMPK12 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, and the coded amino acid sequence is SEQ ID NO. 2; the mitogen protein kinase PcMPK12 gene of phytophthora capsici is cloned for the first time, and a transient over-expression vector and a silencing vector are constructed; the biological functions of the PcMPK12 gene are preliminarily explored by utilizing an agrobacterium-mediated transient expression system and a silencing vector, and the result shows that the phytophthora capsici PcMPK12 gene promotes pathogen infection and plays a positive regulation role in a pathogenic process; the silent carrier can reduce the growth and development of phytophthora capsici and reduce the pathogenicity of the phytophthora capsici. |
