titleOfInvention | Graphene modified lubricant and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a graphene modified lubricant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the graphene modified lubricant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.005-5% of graphene, 15-30% of an oily agent, 2-4% of an extreme pressure agent, 0.2-0.4% of an antifoaming agent, 3-5% of an antirust agent, 0.5-3% of a dispersant, 0.2-1% of a pH regulator and the balance of water, wherein the oily agent is a fatty acid polyethylene glycol polyamine condensate. In the preparation method of the graphene modified lubricant, the problem of the dispersibility of graphene is solved by combining a dispersing agent method and a mechanical method, and meanwhile, a new oiliness agent is added to further improve the stability of the graphene. The graphene lubricant prepared by the invention has the advantages of low friction coefficient, good lubricating property, uniform and stable system dispersion, capability of realizing the purposes of saving energy and prolonging the service life of the lubricant, and huge market potential and wide market prospect. |
