titleOfInvention Antibacterial polyurethane slow-resilience foam and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an antibacterial polyurethane slow-resilience foam and a preparation method thereof. Firstly, carrying out alkalization treatment on chitosan, and then dropwise adding 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride for modification reaction to prepare quaternary ammonium salt modified chitosan; then, firstly preparing chitosan into chitosan hydrochloride, then adding dicyandiamide to perform chitosan biguanide modification reaction to prepare guanidyl modified chitosan; and finally, bonding the quaternary ammonium salt modified chitosan and the guanidyl modified chitosan to a polyurethane slow-resilience foam molecular chain to prepare the antibacterial polyurethane slow-resilience foam. The antibacterial polyurethane slow-resilience foam prepared by the invention has excellent slow resilience performance, and also has excellent and durable antibacterial performance and mildew-proof performance, the bacteriostasis rate of the foam to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus exceeds 99.9%, and the mildew-proof grade is 0.
