The invention carries out high-pressure homogenization pretreatment on the coix seed raw material and carries out hydration treatment before homogenization, thereby achieving the purpose of maximizing the content of soluble glycoprotein before extraction. The glycoprotein extraction pretreatment step enables the glycoprotein structure to be stretched, and the coix seed glycoprotein increases the contact area with water, thereby fundamentally promoting the extraction efficiency of the coix seed glycoprotein.
