titleOfInvention A kind of method for preparing benzene carboxylic acid with traditional Chinese medicine waste residue as raw material
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing benzene carboxylic acid by using waste residues of traditional Chinese medicines as raw materials. The method includes the following steps: 1) pulverizing the traditional Chinese medicine waste residue, sieving and drying; 2) mixing the traditional Chinese medicine waste residue obtained in step 1) with a sodium hypochlorite solution and placing it in a microwave reactor for oxidation reaction to reach a predetermined reaction time 3) Perform suction filtration on the product obtained in step 2), collect and filter 1, adjust the pH of the filtrate to <2 with acid, perform suction filtration again, and collect filtrate 2 to obtain the benzene carboxylic acid mixture . The invention utilizes the principle of microwave heating to greatly improve the oxidation efficiency. The invention has wide raw material sources, low price, mild reaction conditions and simple operation, and can effectively realize the high value-added utilization of traditional Chinese medicine waste residues.
