The invention relates to a composite material with a Si-Y-C ternary ceramic matrix and a preparation method. A reactive melt infiltration method is used to introduce a silicon-yttrium alloy into a ceramic matrix composite material to prepare a Si-Y-C-containing ternary ceramic matrix composite material. Element ceramic matrix composites. The method increases the mass fraction of the introduced rare earth compound, realizes continuous penetration and uniform distribution; and the preparation temperature is low, which is conducive to the full exertion of the properties of reinforcements such as original fibers or whiskers. Under the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties of the composite material, its water and oxygen corrosion resistance is increased by 100-200%, and its thermal shock resistance is increased by 100-150%. Not only that, the process of the method is simple and controllable, and the equipment requirements are low, which is beneficial to large-scale production. |
