abstract | The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, and discloses a benzene oxygen-containing derivative hydrodeoxygenation catalyst, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparation of cycloalkane, wherein the catalyst comprises active metal ruthenium and super-strong solid acid, wherein the loading amount of ruthenium accounts for 1-8% of the mass of the catalyst; the super-strong solid acid is sulfonated cerium-zirconium solid solution, wherein the loading amount of cerium oxide is 10-75% of the mass of the cerium-zirconium solid solution. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: carrying out sulfuric acid impregnation on a cerium-zirconium precursor, and then roasting to obtain super-strong solid acid; then ruthenium salt is used for dipping the super-strong solid acid, and the catalyst is obtained by roasting; in the method for preparing the cycloalkane by hydrodeoxygenation of the oxygen-containing derivative of the benzene, the catalyst is coupled with a two-phase solvent system, so that the oxygen-containing derivative of the benzene can be efficiently converted into the cycloalkane under a mild condition, the raw material conversion rate and the cycloalkane yield are extremely high, and the method has the potential of replacing the traditional petroleum refining process to prepare the cycloalkane. |
