abstract The invention provides a preparation method of an orally refined egg yolk antibody for gosling plague, which comprises the following effective components in part by volume: 70-90 parts of yolk acidizing fluid containing gosling plague yolk antibody, 0.05-0.15 part of n-octanoic acid, 0.05-0.15 part of formaldehyde, 0.1-0.2 part of cane sugar and 0.01-0.02 part of skimmed milk. The preparation method adopts a purification and impurity removal process of fractional ultrafiltration concentration, utilizes a hollow fiber ultrafiltration column with the molecular weight cutoff of 10kD to improve the purity of the antibody, reduces macromolecular impurities and reduces the incidence rate of adverse reactions in clinical application of products, and simultaneously contains sucrose and skim milk.
