titleOfInvention | Method and device for testing the change trend of tensile stress of aluminum-plastic film based on gradual change |
abstract | The invention discloses a method and device for testing the tensile stress variation trend of an aluminum-plastic film based on gradual changes. The method is to change a variable and conduct tests several times after the aluminum-plastic film to be tested is soaked in a liquid substance, and then test separately to obtain the aluminum-plastic film to be tested. After the interaction between the plastic film and the liquid substance, the adhesive structure between the aluminum foil layer and the corresponding polymer layer in the aluminum-plastic film to be tested is destroyed and the actual value of the loss of cohesive force; and then the tensile stress change of the aluminum-plastic film is obtained trend. This device is a test device for carrying out the method. The invention can analyze and obtain the degree of difficulty of delamination and failure of various aluminum-plastic films under different environments, so as to provide constructive indicators for the selection of production packaging. |
