abstract The invention provides a low-temperature-resistant reworkable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) base material pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, which comprises a TPU base material and thermoplastic elastic pressure-sensitive adhesives arranged on two sides of the TPU base material, wherein the thermoplastic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is subjected to graft modification, so that the TPU double-sided adhesive tape has excellent impact resistance, the tensile strength is more than 50MPa and the elongation at break is more than 1000 percent after multiple times of (-40 ℃ by 30 min-60 ℃ by 30 min) by 200 cycles, and the adhesive tape can be quickly removed from the surfaces of various materials without residues by simply integrally stretching, is convenient and quick, and has no pollution and damage to parts; the adhesive has good wettability and high and durable adhesive force to the surfaces of various materials such as a polaroid, an aluminum plate, an anodic aluminum oxide plate and the like at the temperature of minus 30 ℃, and the stripping force to a steel plate (SUS) is 2500-3000 gf/in; the dynamic shear strength is more than 2 MPa; the adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding batteries in alpine regions and large-area bonding, assembling and rapid reworking of large-size parts in electronic products.
