titleOfInvention Treatment process of anti-wrinkle canvas vamp for casual shoes
abstract The invention discloses a treatment process of a wrinkle-proof canvas vamp for leisure shoes, which comprises the following specific steps: 1) treating the nano-cellulose by using sodium periodate to obtain oxidized nano-cellulose; 2) preparing a composite hydrogel reaction phase; 3) adding the composite hydrogel reaction phase into the oil phase, and reacting to obtain the composite hydrogel microspheres with high crosslinking degree; 4) putting the high-crosslinking-degree composite hydrogel microspheres into an aqueous solution of ferric nitrate to obtain double-crosslinked hydrogel microspheres; 5) and (3) dipping the treated canvas vamp grey cloth into the suspension, dipping in a negative pressure environment, taking out and drying. According to the invention, the hydrogel microspheres with high water absorbability and low water content are attached to the fiber surface of the canvas vamp, so that the fibers can keep a certain wettability, and the grey fabric fibers are prevented from being dried, embrittled and contracted, thereby reducing the wrinkles of the grey fabric fibers, enabling the vamp to be not easy to deform, and improving the wearing attractiveness of the canvas shoes.
