The invention discloses a preparation process and equipment of a shrink-proof machine-washable cashmere sweater, which comprises the following steps: opening, enzyme treatment, cleaning, drying, carding, mixing, carding, combing, knitting, dyeing, anti-felting treatment and anti-felting treatment: treating cashmere sweater in 90 deg.C hot water, adding bromelain at 55 deg.C to obtain water solution, treating for 1 hr, inactivating enzyme in 90 deg.C hot water, cleaning, and air drying to obtain machine washable cashmere sweater. The cashmere sweater processed by the processing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high bursting strength, washing resistance, friction resistance, pilling resistance, no deformation and shrinkage after being washed by a machine, and can ensure that the cashmere sweater has soft and full hand feeling, is warm and breathable when being worn. |
