abstract | The invention provides a method for carrying out chromium extraction and acid leaching pretreatment on chromium slag, which comprises the following steps: adding acid into the ball-milled slag obtained after wet ball milling of the chromium slag to perform primary leaching to obtain primary acid leaching solution and primary acid leaching slag; adding acid into the primary acid leaching residue again for secondary leaching to obtain secondary acid leaching solution and secondary acid leaching residue; and (3) carrying out calcium-free roasting on the secondary acid leaching residue, and carrying out solid-liquid separation after leaching to obtain chromium extraction tailings and leaching liquid. According to the invention, through acid leaching pretreatment in the chromium extraction process of the chromium slag, deep removal of silicon-aluminum impurities and partial removal of elements such as magnesium, iron and the like are realized, the chromium content in the chromium slag is increased, the subsequent roasting chromium extraction is facilitated, the recovery rate of chromium in the chromium slag is increased, and meanwhile, the harmless treatment of the chromium slag is realized; the removal of silicon-aluminum impurities in the method can reduce alkali consumption and reduce the liquid phase amount during roasting; in the method, various solutions are recycled, so that the raw material consumption is reduced, the treatment cost is reduced, and the method is clean and pollution-free and has wide application prospect. |
