titleOfInvention | A method and application of goat CADM2 gene CNV marker-assisted detection of growth traits |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for assisted detection of growth traits by CNV marker of goat CADM2 gene and its application: based on real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, using goat genomic DNA as a template, a pair of specific PCR primers are used to amplify the copy of goat CADM2 gene Partial fragments of the number variation region were used, and another pair of specific PCR primers were used to amplify part of the goat internal reference gene MC1R as a control. Finally, ‑ΔΔCt was used to determine the type of individual copy number variation. Based on the correlation between copy number variation and growth traits of goat CADM2 gene, the method provided by the present invention can be used to quickly establish a dominant population of goat genetic resources, which is beneficial to speeding up the work of molecular marker-assisted selection breeding in goat. The method is simple, fast, and convenient for popularization and application. . |
