The invention discloses a method for improving the performance of perovskite quantum dots by short-chain alkyl carboxylic acid. The steps are as follows: centrifuging the quantum dot stock solution with a first purifying agent to obtain a precipitate; adding didodecyl to the obtained precipitate The perovskite quantum dots are passivated by a toluene solution of ammonium bromide, an organic solvent and a short-chain alkyl carboxylic acid, and then centrifuged with a second purifying agent to obtain stable perovskite quantum dots. The invention uses short-chain alkyl carboxylic acid to passivate the surface of the quantum dots, so that the prepared quantum dots are more stable and have better photoluminescence and electroluminescence properties, and the quantum dots are used to prepare high-performance and high-efficiency quantum dots. For quantum dot devices, the external quantum efficiency, brightness, and current efficiency of light-emitting diodes have been greatly improved. The external quantum efficiency is increased by more than 20%-40%, and the brightness is increased by more than 20%-120%. |
