A packaging box forming device and method for edible liquid comprises a packaging box forming device body with a paper dragging device (91) and a preforming device (92), wherein an output end opening part of the paper dragging device (91) is connected with an input end opening part of the preforming device (92), dragging processing of a tubular body of packaging paper is achieved through the paper dragging device (91), shaping processing of four side parts of the tubular body of the packaging paper is achieved through the preforming device (92), and therefore reliability of the packaging box forming device is improved. |
