abstract |
The invention discloses a method for determining antibiotic sensitivity by a stimulated Raman scattering microscope. The method acquires a laser signal of the bacterial sample through an imaging device and images metabolic activity of the bacterial sample. To determine the susceptibility of bacteria to certain antibiotics, samples can be imaged after treatment with the antibiotic. |
