abstract The invention provides a method for acquiring the input amount of monitored components in ingredients and a menu execution device. The method for acquiring the adding amount of the monitored components in the ingredients comprises the following steps: acquiring batching feeding information of a batching device, wherein the batching feeding information comprises batching types and feeding amounts; and determining the adding amount of the component to be monitored in the ingredients according to the types and adding amounts of the ingredients. The invention solves the problem that the adding amount of a certain component is difficult to detect in the prior art.
