The invention also discloses a preparation method of the flexible substrate structure. The insulating layer structure adopted by the invention effectively reduces leakage current, prevents the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer from short circuit due to contact under the condition of electrification, simultaneously avoids the damage of current to the electrorheological fluid and effectively blocks the erosion of the electrorheological fluid to the conducting layer; through plasma surface treatment, the surface wetting characteristic of the insulating layer is improved, and the electrorheological fluid filler is favorably adhered to the insulating layer. |
