titleOfInvention | Application of gold nanoclusters in detection of protein amyloid fibrosis in biological sample and screening of inhibitor |
abstract | The invention discloses application of gold nanoclusters in detecting protein amyloid fibrosis in a biological sample and screening an inhibitor. According to the invention, lysozyme is used as a model protein, researches show that the fluorescence intensity of the gold nanocluster is enhanced along with the increase of the concentration of lysozyme fibers, and the concentration of the lysozyme fibers and the fluorescence intensity are in a linear relation within a certain concentration range, so that the gold nanocluster can be applied to the detection of the protein amyloid fibrosis process in a biological sample. Compared with the fluorescence method using the traditional organic dye thioflavin T (ThT), the gold nanocluster has the advantages of low toxicity and large Stocks displacement, and the fluorescence signal of the gold nanocluster is sensitive to the change of the protein fibrosis degree, so that the protein conversion from the initial stage of the protein fibrosis to the logarithmic phase can be detected more sensitively, the protein amyloid fibrosis process and mechanism can be researched more effectively, and the method can be used for screening the inhibitor of the protein amyloid fibrosis. |
