titleOfInvention | Method and device for improving performance of liquid path management system of spacecraft propulsion system |
abstract | The invention provides a method and a device for improving the performance of a liquid path management system of a spacecraft propulsion system, which comprises the following steps: step 1, connecting two liquid circuit normally closed electric explosion valves in parallel at the downstream of each storage tank of a propulsion system adopting parallel storage tanks; step 2, arranging two temperature measuring points at the position of the main electric explosion valve shell close to the electric explosion tube; step 3, before filling the liquid pipeline, starting temperature acquisition on all temperature measuring points on the main component electric explosion valve; step 4, when filling the liquid path pipeline, detonating the main part electric explosion valve at the downstream of the parallel storage tank, and synchronously judging the temperature of the valve shell of the normally closed electric explosion valve of the liquid path; step 5, if the temperatures of two paths of measuring points on one certain electric explosion valve are obviously changed, judging that the electric explosion valve is successfully detonated, otherwise, judging that the electric explosion valve is not successfully detonated; and 6, if a certain electric explosion valve is judged not to be electrically exploded, timely issuing a command to explode the electric explosion valve connected with the electric explosion valve in parallel. |
