titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of non-diaphragm electrolytic cell electrochemical oxidation of chlorinated alkyne compounds
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method for electrochemical oxidation and chlorination of alkyne compounds in a non-diaphragm electrolytic cell, wherein a preparation method for electrochemical oxidation and chlorination of alkyne compounds in a non-diaphragm electrolytic cell comprises adding alkynes compound, LiClO 4 , nBu 4 NI, H 2 O, halogen solvent, mix; pass electric current for stirring and electrolysis; perform chromatographic separation after rotary evaporation; wherein, the alkyne compound, which is mixed with the LiClO 4 and the molar ratio of the nBu 4 NI to the H 2 O is 1:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5:0-3. The whole reaction does not require metal catalysis, and is especially suitable for the synthesis of some drugs in an organic solvent system, which fundamentally eliminates problems such as metal residues, and has high economic applicability, high yield and purity of more than 98%.
