abstract | The invention discloses a crystallization process for improving crystallization efficiency of crystalline fructose, which specifically comprises the following steps: s1, pouring the high fructose syrup into a stirrer, adding strong saccharifying enzyme to degrade oligosaccharide in the high fructose syrup, and stirring for 5-10 minutes; s2, adjusting the feeding flow and the carbon inlet flow according to the ratio of 3 kg of activated carbon to ton of sugar dry base, heating the high fructose syrup solution by a heating coil, starting a stirrer to be fully mixed with the activated carbon for 20-40 minutes to fully adsorb colored impurities in the solution by the activated carbon, feeding the mixed solution of glucose and the activated carbon into a candle filter, and removing the activated carbon by using diatomite as a filter aid to obtain a glucose clear solution; the invention relates to the technical field of crystalline fructose. The crystallization process for crystallizing the fructose with improved crystallization efficiency greatly improves the overall crystallization efficiency, saves the time of the whole process, reduces the cost of a producer, and has high purity of the crystallized fructose. |
