titleOfInvention | A DNA walker with relative motion between particles and its application in biosensing |
abstract | The invention specifically relates to a DNA walker with relative motion between particles and its application in biological sensing. The invention provides a DNA walker with relative movement between particles, the DNA walker is composed of WPs and TPs, and is realized by inducing the relative movement of WP along surrounding TPs under the stimulation of a specific target. Since the WP walks along multiple TPs one by one and continuously, the walking affinity is enhanced, and the walking freedom and area are improved. In addition, the DNA walker has rapid signal accumulation and anti-interference ability, enabling sensitive determination of ZIKVāRNA in complex matrices. This novel DNA walker has potential applications in sensitive detection of biomolecules and analysis of real samples. Furthermore, the construction of DNA machines based on phase-separated components can provide a powerful tool for regulating particle motion and studying the interactions between surface-immobilized molecules. |
