Meanwhile, a specific primer and a probe combination of an RPA detection technology for specifically detecting a target Phibe _ s00003g00002.1 are disclosed, wherein the forward primer sequence of the specific primer is shown as SEQ ID NO: 3, the reverse primer sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 4, the probe sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 5, respectively. The invention discovers a new detection target, and the rapid detection method based on the target has high accuracy, strong specificity, convenient operation and good practicability and realizes constant temperature amplification, and meanwhile, the primer and probe combination designed by the invention is used for the RPA-LFD detection technology, has strong specificity and high sensitivity, and provides a new technical platform for the detection of Phytophthora hibernalis.
