abstract | The invention provides a polyethylene protective film with ultralow surface energy and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials. The polyethylene protective film comprises a glue coating layer, a base film layer, an intermediate layer and an anti-sticking layer which are sequentially stacked; the glue coating layer is made of polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive or rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive; the base film layer is prepared from low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; the middle layer is prepared from low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene and metallocene linear low-density polyethylene; the anti-sticking layer is prepared from low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene and modified master batch; the modified master batch is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1 to 10 percent of organic silicon resin, 89 to 98 percent of polyethylene, 0.05 to 0.5 percent of initiator and 0.05 to 1 percent of antioxidant. The protective film disclosed by the invention does not need corona treatment, has ultralow surface energy, and does not cause migration of an anti-sticking layer. |
