abstract | The invention discloses an antigen peptide and a nano antibody of a target programmed death receptor 1 and PD-1 ligand 1 interaction interface, wherein the amino acid sequence of the antigen peptide is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1, and the amino acid sequence of the nano antibody is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2. The invention constructs a nano antibody which is screened by taking a beta-loop sequence PD-1125-136 of a PD-1/PD-L1 interaction interface as an antigen peptide sequence and targets the interaction interface of PD-1/PD-L1. The nano antibody can obviously inhibit the combination of PD-1 and the surface of a target cell, and has important application value in the aspect of developing targeted PD-1/PD-L1 therapeutic nano antibodies. Therefore, the antigen peptide and the nano antibody have good research and application popularization values. |
