titleOfInvention | An OLED material and its application in organic electroluminescent devices |
abstract | The present invention relates to an OLED material having any one of the structures shown in general formulae I to III. The OLED material provided by the present invention is a compound with high T1 energy level, narrow band gap and shallow highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level centered on the ton per ton. Forced xanton and xanton are easy to sublime, very stable in the air, and will not undergo oxidative decomposition. It has high thermal stability and high glass transition temperature in air. By introducing a group with larger steric hindrance, this type of light-emitting material is not easy to crystallize and quench, and the film-forming property is good. As a preferred solution of the present invention, the OLED material is used as the hole transport material of the hole transport layer. |
