abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a chiral chlorosulfonyl naphthalenone compound shown as a formula (3), which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of taking 1-sulfonyl-beta-naphthol derivatives shown in a formula (1) and N-chlorosuccinimide shown in a formula (2) as raw materials, carrying out asymmetric chlorination reaction in an organic solvent under the action of a chiral catalyst until the reaction is complete, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out post-treatment on reaction liquid to obtain a corresponding product, namely the chiral chlorosulfonylnaphthone compounds shown in the formula (3). The compound can be used as an important organic bioactive compound to be applied to the fields of medicines and pesticides. The efficient synthesis method of the chiral chlorosulfonyl naphthalenone compound provided by the invention has the advantages of high yield, good enantioselectivity, wide range of reaction substrates, cheap and easily available reaction reagents and important application value. |
