Firstly, synthesizing magnetic nanospheres in one step by adopting a hydrothermal method; secondly, etching the magnetic nanospheres to obtain petal-shaped magnetic nano materials; then, adding the petal-shaped magnetic nano material and estradiol into an ethanol solution to prepare a template-carrier compound; adding the template-carrier compound and dopamine into a Tris-HCl solution for polymerization to obtain a solid polymer; and finally, separating, eluting and drying the solid polymer to obtain the petal-shaped estradiol molecularly imprinted magnetic nano material. The petal-shaped estradiol molecularly imprinted magnetic nano material prepared by the invention has the advantages of uniform particle size, good structural stability, strong magnetic response, good reusability, strong selective adsorption capacity to estradiol, high unit mass adsorption amount, high recovery rate, low material cost and simple preparation. |
