abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of carbon material-supported cobalt-based catalyst for olefin hydroformylation reaction. The preparation method of the catalyst is as follows: the phenolic resin xerogel prepared by the gel-sol method is subjected to alkali activation treatment and high temperature carbonization to obtain an activated carbon material; then the activated carbon is used as a carrier, and the heterogeneous catalyst is obtained by deposition, reduction, water washing and drying. The catalyst shows good catalytic activity and selectivity in the reaction of preparing aldehydes from the hydroformylation of various olefins, and can synthesize aldehyde compounds with high yield. The catalyst has the advantages of good catalytic performance, simple preparation method, high stability, good controllability, low cost and strong practicability, and the catalyst is easy to separate and reusable, providing a new industrial technology for the production of aldehyde compounds . |
